One of the hardest moments that come from embarking on a wellness journey is the fear of what others may think. While we know we are making the right decision for ourselves and the one we believe is ultimately the best for our health, the reality is that not everyone is going to see this change the way you do. You will have some people who will question as to why you are doing it. Some people who will encourage you to do it for all the right reasons. Then of course you will have some people who will try to tell you how to do it simply because they think they know best.
Having so many different thoughts and voices in addition to your own floating around in your head can be extremely overwhelming. It can also make the process seem a whole lot more complicated and unrealistic than what it really may be. I know all of this because I have been down this road many times before.
