In this program you will get tools to help you effectively engage in emotion regulation, engage in mindfulness, and tools to help you eliminate negative self-talk.
- Emotion regulation – Emotion regulation strategies are an individual’s ability to effectively manage and respond to strong emotional experiences.
- Mindfulness – Mindfulness is a skill in which you intentionally focus on being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and any sensations that you may be experiencing in the present moment free of judgment. There are many different ways to engage in mindfulness all with the intended goal of relaxing the mind and body, feeding the spirit, and ultimately reducing stress and anxiety.
- Negative self-talk – Negative self-talk is the inner dialogue often led by the inner critic that limits one’s ability to believe in themselves and make positive life changes. This is usually the result of low self-esteem and confidence and directly impacts thought patterns.
Problem to fix:
Through this program I will help you learn how to disengage from negative self-talk by positively identifying your strong emotions and learning how to effectively manage them through healthy emotion regulation strategies. This will be accomplished through weekly 1:1 coaching sessions as you work through the program while positively transforming your life.
90 Day Program
This is a 12 week program structure where every week we will work together 1:1 in eliminating negative self-talk, engaging in mindfulness, and creating positive emotion regulation strategies. In this program you get:
- Weekly mindfulness meditation sessions that we will work together on implementing so that you can more effectively manage your emotional triggers.
- Daily journaling prompts that we will review weekly to help you learn how to silence your inner critic and disengage from negative self-talk, so that you are able to increase your confidence in your abilities to reach your full potential.
- Daily self-care activities that we will work together on implementing so that you can start living a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life.
