In this program you will get tools to help you remove your subconscious blocks, create a reliable self-care routine, and tools to help you engage in effective emotion regulation.
- Subconscious blocks – Subconscious blocks are often defense mechanisms created to help protect the mind and your emotions from the harsh realities of life. These can manifest in many different ways and often prevent us from living up to our full potential.
- Self-Care – Self-care is a daily and/or consistent routine full of feel good holistic well-being practices to fuel your mind, body, and spirit. This is achieved by establishing healthy behaviors to promote a greater health overall.
- Emotion regulation – Emotion regulation strategies are an individual’s ability to effectively manage and respond to strong emotional experiences. This works hand in hand with self-care.

Through this program I will help you gain the mental clarity that is needed to be able to identify your emotional triggers and remove subconscious blocks so that you can mindfully engage with your life. This will be accomplished through weekly 1:1 coaching sessions as you work through the program towards self-fulfillment.

This is an 8 week program structure where every week we will work together 1:1 in removing your biggest subconscious blocks, creating a self-care routine, and engaging in mindfulness. |

Up to 2 subconscious blocks of your choice that directly impact your daily living that we will work together in removing them. Up to 2 self-care activities that we will work together on implementing so that you can start to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life. Up to 2 mindfulness activity that we will work together on implementing so that you can more effectively manage your emotional triggers. |
Maintenance Package |
This is a 12 month program structure where every week we will work together 1:1 in removing subconscious blocks, creating a self-care routine, and engaging in daily mindfulness practices. This package also includes a 90 day sprint designed for successful longevity. |

We will tackle all 7 of the subconscious blocks so that you are able to obtain greater mental clarity. We will work together in creating a consistent and effective self-care routine that you will be able to engage in daily so that you can work towards self-fulfillment. Daily mindfulness practices to help you more effectively manage your emotional triggers. |
90 Day Sprint: |
Working on the mind – Each week together we will work on one subconscious block at a time and pair it with a weekly activity to help you actively begin the process of removing this block. Working on the body – Each week together we will slowly create a regular self-care routine by identifying activities that you enjoy engaging in that will help you fulfill your basic needs. Working on the spirit – Each week together we will work on implementing various mindfulness practices to not only add to your daily self-care routine, but to also be a focal point of engaging in emotion regulation. Putting it all together – Bonus content that brings the 90 day sprint practices together that you will engage in throughout the rest of the program for successful longevity. |
