In this program you will get tools to help you successfully engage in various holistic practices, tools to help you connect with your whole self, and tools to help you implement various mindfulness practices for an improved overall well-being.
- Holistic practices – Holistic practices are wellness approaches that provide support to the whole person often through various complementary and alternative therapies. These are wellness practices that encompass your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Connection to the whole self – Connecting to your whole self is learning how to bring different elements of who you are together so that you are able to be your most authentic self. This includes your strengths and weaknesses, passions, likes and dislikes, and so much more. Being your most authentic self allows for your words, actions, and behaviors to connect to your core identity.
- Mindfulness – Mindfulness is a skill in which you intentionally focus on being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and any sensations that you may be experiencing in the present moment free of judgment. There are many different ways to engage in mindfulness all with the intended goal of relaxing the mind and body, feeding the spirit, and ultimately reducing stress and anxiety.
Problem to fix:
Through this program I will help you learn how to become disciplined in your everyday life so that you can mindfully improve your overall health and well-being. This includes understanding how to successfully engage in spiritual and emotional introspection through holistic practices so that you are able to better connect to your whole self. This will be accomplished through weekly 1:1 coaching sessions as you work through the program towards self-fulfillment.
21 Day Program
This is a 21 day program structure where every week we will work together 1:1 on improving four core areas of your health. These areas include your mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical health. This will be accomplished through various mindfulness practices while also exploring holistic practices. In this program you get:
- Weekly mindfulness sessions where we will work together on implementing so that you are able to better connect with your whole self.
- Weekly goal setting sessions where we will work together on creating S.M.A.R.T goals to ensure your success with the program.
- Weekly reflection sessions where we will work together on reviewing your overall experience for the week.
- Weekly wellness activity schedule to guide you on your wellness journey.
Optional add-ons to the program:
- Weekly holistic challenges to expand your personal experience with complementary and alternative therapies.
- Daily mini coaching sessions for accountability and daily check-ins.
